Once we hear your problem statement and goal, we will go back to our drawing board and do intense brainstorming to come up with alternatives. We will select the few best alternatives and discuss with you for your inputs. Once we agree on a solution design is when we start implementing the solution. As a client you get full transparency on the progress of the project and get to see the working model of the work done at regular intervals. We are truly agile and believe in rapid application development through latest open source tools and technologies keeping overall development costs low.
Our Processes
Requirements Understanding - In the first meeting, you provide us with your vision of the product. At this stage, we are ok with a few lines of description of what you are trying to achieve.
High Level Solution Architecture – We brainstorm within our team about various alternatives and present the best alternatives to you in a concise manner.
Scope Definition and Planning – We will clearly define the boundaries of the solution being developed and document the assumptions. Along with it, we prepare high level timelines and milestones for each deliverable.
Detailed Requirements – This is when we get into discussions on more detailed requirements. We will document the requirements for you and get your sign-off on the deliverable.
Detailed Solution Architecture – While we are understanding the detailed requirements, we will start building the detailed architecture in parallel. Detailed architecture will be ready by the time the detailed requirements and documented and signed-off.
Iterative Development – We do rapid application development based on the requirements with a transparent status reporting and regular product demos to take corrective actions, if any.
User Acceptance Testing - You get a chance to try the product first hand and give feedback.
Deployment and Support – Once the product is ready, we deploy it for you and provide maintenance and support on an ongoing basis.
